Bryant Dunn - Head Honcho
Bryant has been guiding hunters and anglers for nearly 30 years and loves nothing more than sharing his passion for the great outdoors with all of IWO's guests. A bowhunter and flyfisherman from a very young age, Bryant's obsession with wilderness began long ago. Bryant now spends much of his time introducing his four children to the mountains, forests and rivers of Idaho and the wild places of America while working hard to spend as little time indoors as possible.
Mark Belanger - Head Guide
Mark is IWO's Head Guide and spends the vast majority of his free time -when not guiding hunters and flyfishermen - exploring, hunting and fishing Idaho's Northern Rocky Mountains. Originally hailing from Minnesota, Mark heard the call of the West many years ago and has never looked back.
Rob Orr - Head Wrangler and Hunting Guide
Rob can do it all. His packing skills are second to none and his hard-earned ability to put IWO's hunters on trophy elk and mule deer has lead to many "trophy room moments." Rob is an Idaho native who would rather endure a blizzard on horseback than a day at the beach.
